Founded in 2023, Tesatura Capital is woman-owned real estate owner with a primary mission to invest in housing which benefits and enhances the economic fabric of neighborhoods by investing in affordable housing and community development projects.
We believe that by focusing on community needs, both at the property and neighborhood level, we can help families and individuals live vibrant lives.
We are committed to exploring new ways to drive engagement and healthy living. We invest locally and partner with local not-for-profit and community organizations to enhance the resident experience.
