Allie Zamfir

Founder, Managing Principal

Allie Zamfir is Founder of Tesatura Capital, where she leads the strategy of the business. Prior to founding Tesatura, Allie worked at PGIM Real Estate and in Goldman Sachs' Urban Investment Group. Allie holds a B.S. from Lehigh University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She serves as President of the South Carolina Women's Affordable Housing Network (SC WAHN) and serves on the boards of Entryway Charleston and the Newark Opportunity Youth Network. Outside of work, she loves singing, spending time at the beach, writing poetry, and going on adventures with her husband and dog (Biscuit).
Sarah Brady
Vice President of Real Estate Operations, Luminita Property Management

Sarah Brady is Vice President of Operations at Luminita Property Management, where she oversees and implements property operations across the portfolio. Prior to joining Luminita, Sarah served as Vice President of Asset Management at Sambrick Companies. Sarah holds a B.S. from Meredith College and is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM). Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, visiting national parks, discovering new restaurants and local experiences, and attending sporting events and concerts. She also enjoys volunteering and, as a mom of twins, cherishes time spent with family and friends.
Ben Farbowitz

Chief Financial Officer

Ben Farbowitz is Chief Financial Officer at Tesatura Capital, where he oversees finance, treasury, and operations and provides strategic decision support to the firm's leadership. Prior to joining Tesatura, Ben served as CFO at multiple family offices with real estate portfolios and held senior finance and strategy roles at Lev, Pagaya Investments, and The Domain Companies. Earlier in his career, he worked in commercial real estate audit at KPMG, RSM, and BDO. Ben holds a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University at Buffalo. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York.
Morgan Herrigel
Chief of Staff

Morgan Herrigel is Chief of Staff at Tesatura Capital, where she is responsible for building and managing the operational systems and processes that support the firm's growth. Prior to joining Tesatura, Morgan worked in asset management at PGIM Real Estate and in Goldman Sachs' Urban Investment Group, and spent time as an entrepreneur. Morgan holds a BBA from Villanova School of Business. She was raised in Wyckoff, New Jersey, and spends her summers at the Jersey Shore. She enjoys reading, home decor, and taking on new DIY projects.
Megan Thomas

Director of Strategic Partnerships

Megan Thomas is Director of Strategic Partnerships at Tesatura Capital, where she builds and manages investor and community partnerships across the firm's portfolio. Prior to joining Tesatura, Megan served as Director of Business Development at First Citizens Bank and Vice President at Walker & Dunlop. Megan holds a B.A. from the College of Charleston and is a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina. She is based in Charleston, SC, and is married with 10-year-old boy/girl twins. She loves live music, especially the Allman Brothers Band, and traveling with her family.
Chuck VanDyne
Senior Investment Associate

Chuck VanDyne is Senior Investment Associate at Tesatura Capital, where he supports financial modeling, deal underwriting, asset management, and market analysis for new and existing investment opportunities. Prior to joining Tesatura, Chuck served as an Investment Associate at Maymont Homes, a Brookfield subsidiary, and brings hands-on experience in development, construction, and brokerage across multifamily, commercial, and residential asset classes. Earlier in his career, he worked as an independent investor with business partners in fix-and-flip and buy-and-hold properties. Chuck holds a B.S. in Finance from The College at Brockport and is a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina. He is based in Charleston, SC.
